This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with it's own private, screened swimming pool is available for vacation rental. Recently built in October 2000 this vacation villa is ideally situated in a peaceful location on a secure, gated community at Bass Lake, Davenport.

The villa is situated only 10 minutes from Disney World with all the other major area attractions close by. Bass Lake is a 400 acre natural lake and has a boat ramp and fishing pier. Guests have the use of an outdoor heated community pool and spa, picnic area and BBQ area.

Bass Lake is located on US27 at the west end of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket. There is a Publix supermarket within 2 minutes drive.

Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

The private swimming pool is fully screened and south facing to catch the sun all day long. At 26 feet by 13 feet it is a good size pool ranging in depth from 3 feet to 5 feet.

The pool is lit at night and the usual pool / patio furniture is available for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.

Access to the pool is through the lounge patio doors. These doors are fully alarmed to warn when young children are heading towards the pool.

The single story accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a large garage attached. The master bedroom has it's own TV set and is fitted with a king size bed. There is an en-suite bathroom attached to the master bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and two twin beds in the third bedroom means that the villa can accommodate 6 people in comfort.
Your Florida vacation home is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the spacious lounge area and also in the master bedroom.

In addition to the cable tv the lounge also has a video recorder. Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area.

A crib / playpen along with bedding is available for use by any infants in your party.
The large, well layed out kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of equipment which will provide everything you need for your Florida vacation. In particular an oven and hob, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and drier located in the garage, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. For your security the villa is fitted with a floor safe that can be used to store valuables. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc.
