Available for you to enjoy during your Florida vacation, the villa is situated in a quiet location offering easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The vacation home is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.

Calabay Parc is located on US27 west of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 10 minutes drive of your villa.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

This beautiful Florida villa has it's own private L-shaped swimming pool which is fully screened and south facing offering views of the adjacent pine woods. The furnished pool area has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and is accessed via patio doors from the living area or from the master suite.

Extra protection for your children is provided by alarms fitted to all doors/windows giving access to the pool. The pool can be illuminated underwater at night and heated if required at a cost of $25 per day.

The larger than average single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area and separate dining area. There is also a large double garage attached. Your Florida vacation home is equipped with a safe in the master bedroom cupboard and a washing machine and tumble drier in the laundry room. There is a pool table, football table, hockey table and a dart board provided. A recent addition is a computer with hi-speed internet access.

The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also benefits from it's own en-suite bathroom.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and has access to the adjacent third, family bathroom. This, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge, means that the villa can accommodate 8 people in comfort. Each bedroom has built in closets and it's own TV.

As you would expect the vacation home is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned and is luxuriously carpeted and furnished throughout. The villa has a spacious living room with 42" Plasma TV, VCR and CD/cassette/radio player supplied for your enjoyment.

There is a crib and highchair provided free of charge.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local and long distance calls are free and international calls to selected countries are also free. The price includes all gas, electricity etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc. The villa is equipped with ample supply of bed linen and towels.
