exceptional 6 bedroom villa ideally suited to large parties.
This beautiful spacious pool home with it's own private, heated swimming
pool is available for vacation rental. The villa is situated in a rural
location in Kissimmee less than 20 minutes from Disney World. All the
other major attractions are close by.
Crescent Lakes is located about 10 minutes south of Highway 192 which houses many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and over 250 restaurants catering for every taste and pocket.
Crescent Lakes is adjacent to a nature preserve and there is abundant wildlife in the vicinity along with horse riding and a petting farm nearby.
Orlando International airport is an easy 30 minutes drive
away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa about 75 minutes.
The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the
east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an
hour.
The
private pool measures 30 feet by 15 feet and is fully screened. It backs
onto a conservation area - giving you seclusion and privacy.
Underwater lighting is available for evening use and pool heating is an optional extra at $25 per day.
Pool furniture is available for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine. The villa also has a large covered porch area with tables and chairs offering shade from the Florida sun.
The two storey accommodation comprises of six bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen / breakfast area, lounge and a separate formal dining area. The villa also has a large double garage. The master bedroom is fitted with a king size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, two further bedrooms each have full size beds and the final two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds in each room. Parties with infants will be pleased to note that a crib and high chair can be made available.
This vacation villa is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned.
Cable television is installed with TV sets in the lounge, master bedroom and the loft area. The lounge also has a video recorder and HiFi system.
Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area.
As one would expect the kitchen is fitted out with an extensive range of equipment and in particular an oven and hob with extractor hood, a large fridge / freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area.
The price includes all gas, electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
