 A recently constructed, fully air-conditioned beautiful home in Florida Pines with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, its own private heated pool and newly installed games room.
Florida Pines is located off US27 close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants. In addition there is a childrens playground and a community swimming pool.
The Villa is 15 mins from Disney World and there are several golf courses within 10 mins drive.
Orlando International Airport is approx 30 mins away, Sanford Airport is approx 1 hour. Ideally situated in the centre of the State the Gulf Coast beaches are approx 90 mins drive, whilst the Atlantic Coast (home to kennedy Space Centre) and Cocoa and Daytona Beaches are a one hour drive.
The pool area is fully screened with a range of pool furniture. Towels are provided. The pool area is west facing which affords full afternoon sun and beautiful sunsets.
 Pool heat is available at a cost of $25 per day. A Gas BBQ and Hi-Speed Internet are also provided.
The luxury villa has 2 beautifully furnished lounge areas with cable TV, DVD, VCR and CD player. One lounge has formal dining area. It has a fully fitted kitchen with full size oven and hob, large fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker and all utensils etc. Also in the kitchen area is a table and chairs.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, a large walk-in closet, TV and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and shower.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and its own TV with Playstation 2. The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and their own TV's.
 All have fitted closets with ample hanging space, and furnished to a high standard. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the lounge which allows for 10 people to be comfortably accommodated.
The property has two telephones and an answering machine provided allowing for free local calls. Long distance and international calls can be made via telephone calling cards widely available locally.
For families with smaller children a cot, highchair and stroller are provided.
This superb vacation home is well equipped and furnished to a high standard in typical Floridian style. The price includes all electricity, linens, towels etc and an iron and ironing board are provided along with hair dryer etc.
