A multitude of shops, restaurants, supermarket, banks etc are all within easy reach of your vacation home.

Orlando International airport is a short 15 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 45 minutes drive and Tampa about 90 minutes. The Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach can be reached in about an hour.

This single storey vacation villa is ideal for single families seeking a home with it's own pool. It comprises of two spacious bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a fully fitted kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also a large, two car garage attached that houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds and also has an en-suite bathroom attached.
A queen size sleeper sofa in the lounge means that the villa can accommodate a total of 6 people in comfort.

Your Florida vacation home is fully air conditioned and has been furnished to a high standard with each room tastefully decorated and colour co-ordinated.

A colour LCD television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge area along with a DVD and IPOD stereo system.

Ample seating is provided together with dining table and chairs and assorted occasional furniture including poolside furniture in the screened pool area. Additional TV sets are provided in each of the bedrooms with a DVD player in the master bedroom.
The kitchen has all the modern appliances you will need including fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave oven and dishwasher along with a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.
