Highlands Reserve can be found on US27 in a peaceful location set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally placed at the SW edge of the Disney complex, providing access to Disney in less than 15 minutes. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only a short drive away.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

Your luxury Florida home has it's own large, private, fully screened, heated swimming pool for you to enjoy during your Florida vacation. As an added bonus this villa has the luxury of it's own spa pool too.

Pool furniture is provided along with a supply of pool towels. The extended pool deck faces south west to catch the sun all day long and enjoys views over the 8th fairway of Highlands Reserve Golf Course to the nature reserve beyond.

This spacious two storey accommodation is ideal for two families to share and comprises of five bedrooms and three bathrooms along with a large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast nook, two separate living rooms and a dining area. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool from the lounge and the villa has 2 cable TVs for your enjoyment. In the second living area you will find a dining table and chairs. For your convenience the villa has a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier. For your security the villa has an alarm system and a security safe fitted in the closet of the master bedroom.

On the first floor is the master bedroom which has a queen size bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The en-suite has a shower, a large marble corner bath and double basin vanity unit. The walk-in-closet has a floor mounted safe.

A second master bedroom is located on the ground floor and the second bathroom is en-suite to this bedroom which is fitted with a queen size bed.

The three remaining bedrooms are all located on the first floor and each is fitted with two twin beds. A further bathroom is provided to serve these additional bedrooms. This arrangement, along with a queen size sleeper sofa in the family room means that the villa can accommodate 12 people in comfort.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is fitted out with everything you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full-size cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher, large fridge / freezer with ice maker, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares. The breakfast nook adjoins the kitchen and has a table and chairs.
