This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa at Southern Dunes with it's own private, screened swimming pool is available for you to enjoy during your Florida vacation. Disney World can be reached in about 20 minutes by car and the other major attractions are just a short drive away.

The links style golf course at Southern Dunes has been widely acclaimed and voted as one of the top 100 golf courses in the USA. Golfers will love having an 18 hole championship standard golf course right on-site.

Southern Dunes is located on US27 and has it's own clubhouse, tennis courts, gym and a Walmart supermarket located adjacent to the resort. Orlando International airport is about 40 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 70 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 65 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 80 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

This beautiful Florida villa has it's own private swimming pool which is fully screened and south facing to catch the sun all day long. Pool furniture is provided for those lazy days spent basking in the Florida sunshine.

Heating, if required, is extra at $25 per day - please request at time of reservation.

The single storey accommodation comprises of three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and separate dining area. The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors which are fully alarmed to prevent young children wandering through to the pool unaccompanied. There is also a large double garage attached. Your Florida villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and has an en-suite bathroom attached. The master bedroom has the added convenience of it's own TV. The second bedroom, has a full size bed.

The third bedroom has two twin beds and bedrooms 2 and 3 both have access to the second bathroom. Each bedroom has built in closets.

Your luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. As you would expect the villa is tastefully decorated and fully air conditioned. A colour television connected to the cable network is provided in the lounge.
The kitchen is fitted out with all the equipment you would expect to need during your Florida vacation. This includes a full size oven and hob, a microwave oven, a large fridge / freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee maker, toaster and a full set of cutlery, crockery, utensils and housewares.

The villa has a telephone system. Local calls are free, long distance and international calls can be made via a telephone calling card widely available throughout the area. The price includes all electricity, linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board, hairdrier etc.
