The villa is situated in a quiet spot backing onto woodlands and offers easy access to Disney World which will take about 15 minutes by car. The villa is conveniently placed for all the other major attractions in the Disney area.

Calabay Parc is located on US27 west of Highway 192 which is home to many shops, supermarkets, petrol stations and a multitude of restaurants catering for a variety of tastes and price brackets. There is a newly built Publix supermarket within 5 minutes drive of your villa.

Orlando International airport is about 30 minutes drive away, Sanford airport is about 60 minutes drive and Tampa airport about 75 minutes. The superb Gulf coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes while to the east, Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the Atlantic coast can be reached in about an hour.

This beautiful Florida home has it's own private swimming pool which has attractive underwater lighting. The pool is fully screened and south facing to catch the sun throughout the whole day. The covered patio is spacious with comfortable sun loungers, table and chairs and a ceiling fan. Pool heating, if required, is extra at £105 ($175) per week - please request at time of reservation.

This is a two-storey home comprising of five bedrooms and four bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen, breakfast area and separate dining area. The spacious lounge area offers access to the patio and pool area through sliding doors which are fully alarmed to prevent young children wandering through to the pool unaccompanied. There is also a large double garage attached. Your Florida villa is equipped with a washing machine and tumble drier in the utility room.

This spacious villa offers three master bedrooms, one king and two fitted with a queen size bed, and each having en-suite bathrooms attached.

The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Each bedroom has built in closets and the home has Hi-Speed internet.

Your luxury villa is well equipped and furnished to a high standard. The open plan layout of the home, together with high ceilings, gives an airy relaxing atmosphere which will enhance your stay. The lounge is fully carpeted and has comfortable sofas, coffee tables, TV, subtle lighting and a ceiling fan. The house has independent Air-conditioning to each level with a separate TV/VCR area, ideal for children, on the upper level.

The kitchen is fitted with Oak units with tiled work surfaces and matching tiled floor and is fully equipped with a full size cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, mixer and numerous other kitchen utensils together with all crockery, cutlery, utensils and housewares.

There is a breakfast bar with stools adjoining the breakfast area that has an Oak table and chairs. This room overlooks the patio and pool area. A separate dining area with quality dining furniture is situated off the lounge with an attractive drop down lighting system.

This property has free local and long distance and calls to Canada & Puerto Rico. The price includes all gas, electricity (except pool heat), linen, towels etc. Even those small items that are occasionally required are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board etc.
