Situated in the famous Formosa Gardens subdivision, this luxurious estate is just five short minutes from Disney! Formosa Gardens is a prestigious gated community just south of Route 192 in Kissimmee, where you'll find every shop, restaurant, and amenity you can dream of to complete your Disney vacation.

This brand new five-bedroom, three-bathroom home has everything you would expect in a luxury vacation rental. From the moment you enter this Mediterranean style villa, you'll realize that this isn't your ordinary vacation home. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and you instantly feel welcome in this luxury home.

As you enter the chandelier-lit foyer, immediately to your right your eye is drawn to the Tuscan Style dining room. The red wall adds an unexpected flare; if you didn't know better, you would expect to hear "Can I take your order?".

For a little R&R, you head into the family room, sinking into one of two Italian leather couches. The home theater surround sound will provide entertainment for the family as they watch movies on the big screen TV. Not in the mood for a movie? Then choose to listen to music inside or out, whether relaxing on the lanai or enjoying the comforts of your own private spa.

Once you are ready to retire for the evening, there are five newly decorated bedrooms to choose from. The children have one of two bedrooms to choose from. The first bedroom appeals to the shabby chic little girl in all of us. A set of twin beds is included. In the second bedroom, children will have three beds to choose from: top bunk, bottom bunk, or a single. Both rooms have a combination TV/VCR. Sweet dreams to all.

After a long day at the parks, another bedroom to choose from offers a queen size, chenille covered bed. This cherry wood sleigh bed guarantees a good night's rest. The bedroom also includes TV/VCR.

As you enter through the French doors, this first of two king size suites is inviting. From the unique iron and wood combination bed to the warm colored walls, no security blanket is needed here. The combination TV/VCR is tucked away in the oversized armoire.

Nestled in the opposite corner of the home, French doors lead to the second king size suite. You immediately feel like you have entered a 5-star luxury hotel. You can enjoy a book on the chenille oversized chair and ottoman, or sing a lullaby to your little one. The suite brings an overwhelming sense of peace and tranquility, ever so apparent after a long day at the parks. A second set of French doors will lead you to the outside lanai and pool/spa area. The oversized walk-in closet has plenty of space, whether it's a week stay or a month long holiday. The master bathroom has a separate shower and oversized bath for soothing your weary feet. The bathroom also offers a double vanity, allowing for space for him and her. This suite also offers a TV/DVD combination.

Whether you're looking to make popcorn, blend a pina colada, or cook dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped with a stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer with built-in ice maker. Needing to touch base with the office? There is High-Speed internet accessibility (computers not provided).

Need to hear more? From a quick work-out on the Total Gym, to playing house in the Little Tikes Kitchenette, to shooting pool, throwing a bulls-eye on the dart board, playing a game of ping-pong, or choosing from several PlayStation games, the game room will provide hours of entertainment for all age levels.
