Owner Description
Legacy Park is a beautifully appointed 4 bedroom 3 bathroom pool home.
Open up the front door and you will walk through to the first of two luxurious lounge areas. A 3 seater and a matching 2 seater sofa with 20 inch flatscreen TV/DVD player offers the chance to relax after a busy day at the Parks. With a large selection of cable TV channels and you can sit back and unwind. This follows thru to a dining area with a 6 seater circular table for your more formal meals.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the things you need to feel at home including a Stove, Fridge/Freezer with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, dishwasher and plenty of pots, pans and crockery. There is another table in the dining nook seating 4, plus the kitchen has a breakfast bar with an additional 3 bar stools.
The 2nd living area has a corner suite seating up to 8 people to watch the 42 inch HD Plasma flatscreen TV plus DVD player with surround sound and DVR (digital video recorder) also.
The home has wireless internet installed and if you wish to call anyone then you will find that the phone system allows calls to anywhere in USA and Canada, for calling other locations you can purchase a phone card at any of the local stores or gas stations.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer and iron and ironing board. There is a crib, highchair and stroller stored in the garage.
The villa has four bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms. The large master bedroom located off the lounge has a king bed with a 30 inch TV and DVD player. For your peace of mind there is a safe located in the closet. The large master bathroom has a standalone shower cubicle and bath tub.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and TV and DVD player. The bathroom has a bath with an overhead shower.
The third and fourth bedrooms are twins and have a shared bathroom. They both have TV's and there is a PS2 in the 3rd bedroom.
The garage has been turned into a games room - please note that it is not possible to park cars in the garage because of the equipment we have located in there. There is an air-hockey table and a foosball (table football) table along with a small table and chairs for any spectators to relax and watch the sport taking place. There is also a darts board for any budding dars players amongst you.
Outside there is a large sunny pool deck where you can sunbathe all day long if you choose to do so. There is a good size pool and the owners have provided a gas grill for your enjoyment. Pool heating can be ordered if required.
Your villa overlooks conservation so your only neighbours out the back are the local wildlife. This means a nice peaceful private, setting with no traffic noise. There are 2 large comfortable sun loungers along with a table and four chairs (two recliners) plus two large footstalls that can double up as additional seating.
We are confident that we have provided everything you need to have a memorable and magical stay in our vacation home at Legacy Park and, in the unlikely event that you may incur any problems, you can be re-assured that there is a local management company that have been appointed to look after our home. They have people available 24/7 to respond to any assistance that you may need during your stay.
