Our spacious, privately owned home is equipped & furnished to a very high standard and is managed locally. The larger than average 30' heated pool is screened and fully fenced for total privacy! A variety of plants between the fence and pool screen enhances the seclusion. The pool benefits from year round solar heating and for the cooler months we also have the option of supplementary electric pool heating available. We offer free long distance & International telephone calls.

Located very close to Disney, the many restaurants along the 192, Publix supermarket and a Super Wal-Mart, our home is well maintained, very spacious and fully air-conditioned. Equipped & furnished to a high standard, you will not be disappointed from the moment you walk in the front door! Regular visitors to the area have often mentioned that our villa is a 'Real Home' and tops the list of all the homes they have stayed in!

With two separate living areas, an open-plan relaxing lounge with three sofas leads into a dining room. The additional large family room with reclining sofas, 42" Plasma TV (HD cable) and home theatre system (Blue-ray, DVD, CD, FM radio, Ipod dock & surround sound speakers) leads through large patio doors to the pool, access to which is fitted with a child safety alarm. The adjoining fully equipped kitchen includes fridge (with door mounted icemaker & chilled water dispensers), dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal and has a seated breakfast area.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV, DVD, cordless answerphone & en-suite bathroom. Two further bedrooms each with twin beds are adjacent to a second bathroom. All the bedrooms have dimmable table lamps and radio alarms. Linen and towels are supplied, including pool towels. A double garage has a utility area with a large washer and dryer. We also have a full-size ping-pong (table tennis) and a pool table.

The oversized screened, floodlit pool is fully fenced and planted for your total privacy, unlike many other homes where each private pool overlooks another! Although the optional electric heating is available for the cooler months, at other times the free heat from the solar system can make a significant difference to the temperature of the water. A reel-out pool cover is provided for the cooler months to retain the heat overnight. The pool deck is furnished with a table, chairs, recliners, footstalls and sunloungers.
