This superb 6 bedroomed villa offering over 3500 square feet is situated in the Remington Golf Community and only a short drive from the airport. It is ideally located for both golf and disney area vacations.

The villa has been furnished to a very high standard and enjoys 3 en-suite bathrooms. All 6 bedrooms have their own TV. The TV lounge has a 50" TV complete with DVD, VCR and a Playstation 2 for your entertainment and pleasure.

The villa is located only minutes from Highway 192 with it's multitude of shops and restuarants that caters for every taste and pocket. Using the Florida Turnpike and Osceola Parkway will get you to Disney in around 20 minutes and with it's own golf course on hand we think the location is ideal for a relaxing vacation. Golfers can enjoy discounted rate at both Remington and Kissimmee Bay golf clubs via 1st For Orlando - call them for details.

The west facing 32ft heated swimming pool has it's own spa and enjoys a beautiful lakeside setting. Eat al-fresco by the crystal clear pool or move indoors to the fully equipped kitchen and make use of either of the two dining areas.
