If there is any place you need to cool off at over summer it’s definitely Rock Springs Run. This 248-acre park is built around Orlando’s very own natural lazy river. Visitors enter at a launching point and float downstream for about a mile enjoying the scenic lagoon for approximately 25 minutes before reaching the end. There are plenty of exits along the stream as well. The park has a network of boardwalks that make it easy for you to get out and restart your float from the beginning. Enjoy sunbathing along the streams shore. Bring your own food or grab some snacks from the stocked concession stand.

Rock Springs Run is a beautiful place to go if you'd like to enjoy outdoors and relax. the Springs are a great place if you are looking for a beach alternative. Rock Springs features 3000 feet of free-flowing open spring run with crystal clear water. You may bring your own tube or rent one at arrival. There is a playground on-sight and also plenty of paved and unpaved nature trails around the park for those who might like to have some fun outside of the water.
